Privacy Policy

Movente Trading is the commercial brand of Produtora Movente & Invest Ltda, CNPJ 16.989.537/0001-66, registered in Brazil (“we”). This explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. It is written to meet Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).

What we collect

  • Quote requests: company name, country, corporate email, product of interest, quantity, and anything you type in the message.
  • Supplier registration: the above plus company registration number (CNPJ / Tax ID), supplied product, capacity, and the details you provide.
  • We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your data.
  • Buyer registration and consultation: company identity, website, registration, procurement profile, product requirement, destination, timeline, and the details submitted to evaluate a possible commercial relationship.
  • Compliance documents: LOI and KYC/CIS files, including corporate registration, authorised representative and beneficial-ownership information supplied for counterparty due diligence.

Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To answer your request and assess a potential business relationship — steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest (LGPD Art. 7, V and IX; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • To meet trade, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations — legal obligation.

Who else processes it

  • Formspree (form delivery) and Cloudflare (hosting) act as processors on our behalf.
  • TradingView widgets (price ticker and news) load from their own servers and may collect technical data under their own policy.
  • Data may be transferred outside Brazil or the EU to these providers, under their contractual safeguards.
  • Google Forms and Google Drive receive and store buyer compliance files submitted through the protected document form.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the business relationship, and after that only where a legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to corneille@moventetrading.com and we will reply within the legal deadline.

Terms of Use

What we are

Movente Trading acts as an intermediary: we connect buyers and suppliers and coordinate logistics and documentation. Unless expressly agreed in a signed contract, we are not the buyer or the seller of the goods, and we are not a party to the sale contract between the counterparties.

No offer, no guarantee

Nothing on this website — including product specifications, grades, market prices or news — is an offer, a quote, a price commitment, or a guarantee of availability. Every request is reviewed by a person, and any offer is made only in writing, per transaction.

Specifications

The grades and specifications published here are indicative standard market grades. The binding specification, tolerances, inspection and delivery terms are those of the signed contract, confirmed by independent inspection (e.g. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna).

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you submit is true and that you are authorised to submit it for the company you represent. Submitting false documentation or impersonating a company ends any discussion immediately.

Fraud warning

We never charge a fee to register, to be listed, or to receive an offer. Any request for an upfront payment made in our name is fraudulent — please report it to us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with jurisdiction in São Paulo, without prejudice to mandatory data-protection or consumer rules of your country of residence.

  • Market data. The prices in the ticker are indicative real-time market data supplied by third parties, for reference only. They are not our prices, not an offer, and not a quote.
  • Market news. Headlines are supplied by third parties; we do not author, endorse or verify them.
  • Imagery. The production photos and videos on this site are illustrative of the commodity and the industry. They do not depict facilities owned or operated by Movente Trading.
  • No financial advice. Our financial consulting covers trade-finance structure and payment terms for commodity transactions. Nothing here is investment advice or a recommendation to trade any security or commodity contract.

Cookies & third parties

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The price ticker and the news feed are embedded from TradingView, which may set its own cookies and collect technical data when those blocks load, under its own privacy policy. If you prefer to avoid them, block third-party scripts in your browser — the rest of the site works normally.

Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the site.
